It’s built from over 15 years of hands-on experience managing projects across creative, marketing, and operational teams, including work with organizations like AT&T, Bank of America, First Citizens Bank, Lululemon, Bissell, Reddit, and SC Johnson.

Across that work, the same pattern showed up repeatedly. Projects didn’t struggle because people lacked skill or effort. They struggled when tools, structure, and clarity didn’t hold up once the work became complex.

Ultimo was created in response to that gap.
